PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To investigate continuity of pores of a porous body. PSOLUTION: In reference with porous body data in which position information expressing the position of a pixel obtained by the three-dimensional scanning of the porous body and pixel-kind information expressing whether the pixel is a space pixel expressing a space or an object pixel expressing an object are associated with each other, virtual spheres with various sizes are arranged so as to fill the space pixel not so as to be superimposed with the object pixel. Then, whether a passage reaching the virtual sphere including a flowing-out face 62 along adjacent virtual spheres from the virtual sphere including an inflow face 61 is present or not is discriminated, and in the case of affirmation discrimination, a plurality of virtual spheres present on the passage are regarded as passages in which the continuity of the pores is secured. By regarding the pores in the porous body as the aggregate of three-dimensional virtual spheres in this way, whether the pores are continuous or not can be easily discriminated by virtue of whether the virtual spheres are continuous or not.
