PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide solutions of storage and final disposal of nucleus and radioactive substances by transportation of the nucleus substance to a place other than the earth by a space rocket and achieving stationary integration housing development system of the substance.;SOLUTION: The configuration of stationary integration housing development system of disposal and management of nucleus and radioactive substances in a space comprises means of:launching a frame skeleton which becomes a base for configuring the housing development by a folding type rocket;then making the nucleus substance 15 to be sucked and stored into the central part.
