PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of preventing microorganisms, barnacle, pearl shell, seaweed and the like from attaching to a crawl net a fishing net, a fishing gear, a ship's bottom or a floating mark and growing, and to provide an insect screen containing agricultural chemicals and its manufacturing method.SOLUTION: There are provided a crawl net manufactured for example by kneading titanium oxide, chlorine, hypochlorous acid, calcium hypochlorite or sodium hypochlorite, sodium dichloroisocyanurate dihydrate, sodium dichloroisocyanurate, trichloro isosialic acid, or other chlorine compounds or materials generating chlorine compounds, synthetic pyrethroid, organophosphorus insecticides, carbamate agents, or nitroguanidine type belonging to neonicotinoid and the like to inside of a polyethylene resin, a polyester resin, a nylon resin, a vinyl chloride resin and the like, and a cultivation device of tuna using the same.
