PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform switching to a grease interception system utilizing an outdoor-type grease trap, by newly installing the outdoor-type grease trap, in facilities in which an indoor-type grease trap has already been buried.;SOLUTION: In a method for constructing a grease interception system of the present invention, a body frame 72 of an existing indoor-type grease trap is utilized as-is, and an odor trap 40 is arranged inside it. Thus, switching to a grease interception system utilizing an outdoor-type grease trap 10 can be inexpensively performed without the need for cost of removal of the body frame 72 of the existing indoor-type grease trap.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
