PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a composition containing a combination of benzoyl peroxide and at least one kind of naphthoic acid derivative which is stable, is less in stimulus than that of prior art and accelerates local penetration of a dispersed active ingredient.SOLUTION: A composition for local application includes benzoyl peroxide, at least one of naphthoic acid derivatives, and at least one of polyurethane polymer compounds or the derivatives thereof in a physiologically permissible medium.
