PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading and unloading control method capable of smoothly dealing with even a situation in which a date specified reservation for specifying an unloading time and a calling registration by a direct operation on site are mixed.;SOLUTION: When a parking facility is in an instruction waiting condition, the loading and unloading operation command is issued according to unloading vehicles on a date specified reservation and loading and unloading vehicles on a calling registration by repeating following steps: determining presence or absence of the date specified reservation data; comparing a reservation time B of the date specified reservation data with an expected time of arrival D, which is calculated based on a time required for pallet calling C of the first date specified reservation data and a current time A when one or more date specified reservation data exists; determining whether or not the pallet calling is required based on a calling registration data when the comparison result shows a certain threshold F or higher; and selecting a type of pallet calling operation based on the calling registration data when the pallet calling is required.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
