PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an art highly efficiently performing a pathological diagnosis in a technical field for supporting a doctor's pathological diagnosis by a computer system or the like.SOLUTION: In an object image formed by capturing a specimen tissue (a step S101), a region having a feature peculiar to eosinophilic crystalloid is extracted (a step S102). The object image is divided into a plurality of grid images (a step S103) and grid images including a region where the eosinophilic crystalloid is detected and adjacent grid images are classified into the sites of the lesion (a step S104). The non-classified grid images are classified into some categories based on a predetermined reference image (a step S105). The classification results are processed by a set operation (a step S106) and visual information such as color coding and the like based on the result is synthesized with an original image to be displayed (a step S107).
