PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately perform authority management to a plurality of superiors existing in the case that a member holds a plurality of posts and to reduce possibility of information leakage.;SOLUTION: Electronic mail is made to belong to a group to which a member who is set as a transmission destination or a transmission source belongs, and inspection authority of the electronic mail is applied to a manager of the group. When the member who is set as the transmission destination or the transmission source belongs to a plurality of groups, it is determined whether any manager of the groups is set as the transmission destination or not.
