PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molecular chaperone inducer which is safe and effective even in a small amount and a safe and reliable tumor suppressor composition. PSOLUTION: The invention relates to a molecular chaperone inducer composition derived from the extract of Natto (fermented soy beans) and a tumor suppressor composition. The molecular chaperone inducer composition is obtained by homogenizing and centrifuging Natto, repeating the procedure to add ammonium sulfate of ni% (ni+1)% of the saturated concentration to the supernatant Si to centrifuge it (wherein, i is an integer of not less than 1; and 0nini+1≤100) of the saturated concentration to the supernatant Si obtained and to centrifuge the supernatant Si to obtain a precipitate Pi and ammonium sulfate of and taking out the fraction having a chaperone inducing effect from the precipitate obtained.
