PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an observer to view exhibition objects displayed in a building from the outside and to bodily sense an atmosphere of sightseeing festival while the observer stays in a vehicle, and to allow also a number of vehicles to view the exhibition objects smoothly, by employing a drive-through system.;SOLUTION: An instantaneous lighting control board 10 is configured such that it is switched from an opaque state to a transparent state when a visiting vehicle V approaches a stopping and viewing space 7 and passengers can view exhibition objects displayed in an interior of a building 1 while they stay in the vehicle. Thereby, in this festival museum employing a drive-through system, a vehicle V such as a sightseeing bus and a passenger car stops alongside of the building 1 and passengers can view the exhibition objects such as a portable shrine and a float displayed in the interior of the building while they stay in the vehicle V.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
