PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe cutting fixture capable of cutting a long pipe with accuracy from the inner surface side, and a plate insertion method and an element insertion method using the pipe cutting fixture.;SOLUTION: A pipe cutting fixture comprises a moving roller part 30 which moves in a long circular cross section pipe 40 in an advance direction X, and a cutting cutter 12 which moves by the moving roller part 30, pushes a rotary cutting blade 14 driven by a drive part against the inner peripheral surface 40b of the circular cross section pipe 40 and cuts the inner peripheral surface 40b in the advance direction X.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
