PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for increasing transplantation efficiency in the method for inducing differentiation to a germ cell line in the transplantation of separated germ cells by improving the acceptance of the transplanted germ cells to a host gonad, in a surrogate parent fish culture, etc., of performing the induction of the differentiation to the germ cell line by transplanting the separated germ cells of the fish to host fish.;SOLUTION: This method for inducing the differentiation of the separated germ cells to the germ cell line comprising the transplantation of the separated germ cells of the fish to individual host fish bodies is provided by dissociating the separated germ line cells derived from the fish, used for the transplantation to an intra abdominal cavity of the host fish by the trypsin treatment of testis of the fish, then culturing the dissociated cells in a culturing container for a short time until the germ cells attach loosely to a culturing container, preparing the cultured germ cells by separating/collecting the same and transplanting the separated/collected, separated germ cells into the abdominal cavity of the host fish around hatching to improve the acceptance of the separated germ cells to the host fish gonad.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
