PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an amount of power that is used in a distribution network out of power transmitted from each base to the distribution network.;SOLUTION: A power controller 100 obtains base identifying information of a base that uses power, from a control unit 310 of any one of bases. The power controller 100 determines a battery 300 that is to distribute power to a distribution network 10, using the obtained base identifying information, memorized supply loss information, and memorized transmission loss information. The power controller 100 then controls the control unit 310 corresponding to the battery 300 that is to distribute power to the distribution network 10 and causes the battery 300 to supply power to the distribution network 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
