PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a dental treatment implement, a support material for the dental treatment implement, and the dental treatment implement, preventing leakage of a photopolymerization CR (Composite Resin) injected in time of cavity recovery, facilitating treatment of a cavity, and allowing the cavity recovery where contact of contact points between a counter part of a treatment-needing tooth and an adjacent tooth is certain.;SOLUTION: In this method for producing the dental treatment implement, the dental resin is filled in the whole region or a partial region inside a recessed part formed in the tape-like support material capable of being held against the periphery of the cavity, and the dental resin is cured to mold a small piece capable of being stored inside the cavity inside the recessed part. In this case, after molding the small piece inside the recessed part, a part of the support material and a part of the recessed part are separated in the longitudinal width direction and are removed, and a lower part of the small piece is left inside the left residual recessed part of the residual support material to project an upper part of the small piece above the residual recessed part. The tape-like support material capable of being held against the periphery of the cavity is formed with the recessed part.
