PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a capsule material from remaining between an anchoring material and a peripheral wall of an insertion hole midway through the insertion hole, when the anchoring material is infilled by breaking a capsule in the insertion hole by a shear reinforcement material.;SOLUTION: A shear reinforcement structure for a concrete skeleton includes: a plurality of slot-like insertion holes 12 that are formed on a reinforcement surface 11 of a concrete skeleton 10; a rod-like shear reinforcement material 20 which is driven into each of the insertion holes 12; and an anchoring material 30 which flows out from a tubular capsule 35, disposed in the insertion hole 12, due to rupture caused by driving the shear reinforcement material 20, and which is infilled into a cavity between the insertion hole 12 and the shear reinforcement material 20. A head 22, the leading end of which is an approximately flat surface or an approximately spherical surface, is formed at the driving-direction leading end of the shear reinforcement material 20. A plurality of protrusions 24 protruding in a radial direction are formed at predetermined intervals in a circumferential direction on the head 22.
