The present invention relates to a concept for a bearing cage (50; 55) for an anti-friction bearing (60; 100), having at least one carrier ring (21; 22; 23; 24; 25) and a plurality of plastic bearing cage segments (10; 30; 70; 80; 90) with in each case two circumferential webs (11) which extend in a circumferential direction and one connecting web (12) which connects the circumferential webs (11). Each of the plastic bearing cage segments (10; 30; 70; 80; 90) has a coupling arrangement (13) which is configured to arrange the bearing cage segment (10; 30; 70; 80; 90) on the at least one carrier ring (21; 22; 23; 24; 25) by means of a snap-action connection. The coupling arrangement (13) comprises an elastic receptacle (14; 16) which is formed into at least one of the circumferential webs (11) for receiving the at least one carrier ring (21; 22; 23; 24; 25) in a positively locking manner, wherein the elastic receptacle has a groove section (14; 16) for the snap-action connection to the at least one carrier ring (21; 22; 23; 24; 25), wherein the groove section is formed in a side of a first circumferential web, which side faces a second circumferential web.
