PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust supply and demand of power by coordinating a plurality of distributed power units, without providing a management system for generally managing the plurality of distributed power units.SOLUTION: A measurement means of distributed power units measures the actual values of the remaining power stored in power storage means, the power generated by power generation means, and the power consumed by a load facility, respectively. A first calculation means calculates the planned values of the remaining power stored in the power storage means, the power generated by the power generation means, and the power received from a power system, respectively, based on the planned value of power consumed by load indicating the power predicted to be consumed by the load facility. A second calculation means calculates the difference between each actual value and each planned value by subtracting each calculated planned value from each measured actual value. Based on the calculated difference, charge/discharge means discharges power to an external device or is charged with power from an external device.
