When the test object program 191 is terminated, an inclusion result recording part 140 determines a branch instruction step in which all execution paths at a branch destination are executed, and sets a path inclusion flag to the determined branch instruction step. The instruction execution part 121 selects a new input variable combination 193, and executes the test object program 191 step by step. When an executed processing step is the branch instruction step, the instruction execution part 121 determines whether or not the path inclusion flag is set to the executed branch instruction step. When the path inclusion flag is set, the instruction execution part 121 terminates execution of the test object program 191 without executing the execution path at the branch destination.
