Anticorrosion material for piping inner surface coating of corrosive fuel gas and corrosion protection method using the same

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a corrosionproof technique of the inner surface cover of piping of a coke oven gas as is more efficient and more inexpensive than the flake-lining or the like in the conventional technique.;SOLUTION: The corrosionproof material for use in the inner surface cover of piping of a corrosive fuel gas, comprising a cold-setting type epoxy resin paint which is consisted of a liquid principal ingredient containing no solvent component and a hardener, is characterized in that the hardener contains 10-30% by weight of aminoethyl piperazine and the paint after cure has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 70-150°C. Additionally, the putty material for use in the inner surface cover of piping is formed by adding 10-30% by weight of talc relative to 100 of this corrosionproof material.
