PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network file supply system, a network file supply method and a network file supply program which can reduce file transfer time when performing a multiple transfer of a file on a network.;SOLUTION: A network file supply system 1 includes a transmission control device 200 and a file server 100. The transmission control device 200 determines an optimum multiplex number by calculating a minimum transmission rate in order not to exceed an allowable time on the basis of network information. The file server 100 executes a file transfer by increasing a multiplex number to the optimum multiplex number in units of a predetermined number on the basis of the determined transmission rate. When a determination is made that packet loss occurs, the transmission control device 200 instructs execution of a multiple transfer by recalculating the optimum multiplex number on the basis of a currently used band of a network.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
