PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition which has an excellent balance between storage stability (workability) of a base material component and curing property after mixing the base material component and a curing agent component, has good anti-foaming property and can reduce a volatile component to the outside of the system, and to provide a latent curing agent used for the composition. PSOLUTION: The latent curing agent is expressed by formula (1) or (2), wherein n represents an integer of 0 to 2; RSP1/SPrepresents a hydroxy group or an alkyl group or alkoxy group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms which may be branched, and when n is 2, RSP1/SPmay be identical or different from each other; RSP2/SPrepresents an alkyl group or alkoxy group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, which may be branched or have a hydroxy group; each of RSP3/SPand RSP4/SPindependently represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group or phenyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms which may be branched.
