PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid dropping device that can prevent liquid sagging and a liquid sagging preventing method in a liquid dropping device dispensing with a complicated mechanism nor control.;SOLUTION: The liquid dropping device 10 including a flexible tube 11 having channels for the liquid that drops inside, a nozzle 12 that is connected to an end 11a of the tube 11 and has a dropping port 12a of the liquid at a lower end, and liquid sending means 21A, 21B that send the liquid to the nozzle 12 through the tube 11. The liquid dropping device 10 drops the liquid to a workpiece 30 positioned under the dropping port 12a from the dropping port 12a. The dropping port 12a is comparted into a plurality of channels in plane view.
