PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently protect the privacy of a user when predicting an evaluation value from a plurality of databases associated with evaluation values of items of the user.;SOLUTION: An evaluation value estimation system 1 includes information storage parts 11 and 21 which stores evaluation values corresponding to item section groups of respective users as table data DB1 and DB2; a correspondence determination part 22 which determines correspondence of the users in the table data DB1 and DB2; similarity calculation parts 13 and 23 which calculate similarities of evaluation values between a target user and other users based upon the table data DB1 and DB2; estimation value calculation parts 14 and 24 which calculate estimation values s1 and s2 associated with evaluation values corresponding to a target item section of the target user; likelihood calculation parts 15 and 25 which calculate likelihoods c1 and c2 of the estimation values s1 and s2; and a final estimation value calculation part 16 which calculates an estimation value (s) associated with the evaluation values corresponding to the target item section of the target user based upon the estimation values s1 and s2 and the likelihoods c1 and c2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
