PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder and granular material melting burner of small environmental load, capable of efficiently melting a powder and granular material.;SOLUTION: A powder and granular material injection hole 16 is formed on the center of a burner head 12. Four gas fuel injection holes 20 are formed at a center angle of 90 degrees in the radial direction with respect to the powder and granular material injection hole 16. Primary oxygen injection holes 18 are concentrically formed inside of the gas fuel injection holes 20. Secondary oxygen injection holes 22 are concentrically formed outside of the gas fuel injection holes 20. Primary oxygen and secondary oxygen are respectively injected and supplied to the inside and outside of the gas fuel injected from the gas fuel injection holes 20, from the corresponding primary oxygen injection holes 18 and secondary oxygen injection holes 22, so that the gas fuel and oxygen are effectively mixed, and flame of ultrahigh temperature can be formed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
