PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a creating method of a soil cement composite pile, capable of further reducing labor for construction and construction costs.;SOLUTION: A creating method of a soil cement composite pile includes: determining a set depth H2 which is shallower than a normal creating depth H1; injecting a cement hardening material to create a soil cement-like improvement body 2 of a prescribed diameter such that it reaches the set depth H2 in the ground, but not to the normal creating depth H1; inserting an insertion pipe 3 having an outer diameter smaller than a prescribed diameter before solidification of the soil cement-like improvement body 2; and integrating the soil cement-like improvement body 2 and the insertion pipe 3 together by solidification of the soil cement-like improvement body 2. The insertion pipe 3 is configured in a hollow structure having a cavity 4 penetrating through the inside of the insertion pipe 3 in the axial direction, and an irregularity is formed on the outside surface of the insertion pipe, the outside surface being a non-smooth surface.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
