PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer ring rotating type roller bearing that facilitates detaching a seal member fixed to an inner ring, along with a method for detaching a seal device and a rolling machine.;SOLUTION: In the outer ring rotating type roller bearing 10, the first seal member 21 is fixed by a C-shape stop ring 24 detachably secured to an inner ring member 12.
