PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high speed excitation type electromagnet system for preventing turbulence of an orbit of a particle beam to be controlled by rapidly and stably raising a magnetic field, and increasing a length of a flat top in generating a magnetic field by a pulsed excitation current.;SOLUTION: When a pulsed main excitation current is supplied through a pulse transmission cable 4, a matching type terminating device 5 matches impedance and supplies the main excitation current to a main excitation coil 12 of a main electromagnet 2 to generate a main magnetic flux. And, a pulsed auxiliary excitation current having a waveform and phase necessary to correct a waveform of the main excitation current is generated from a part of the main excitation current by an auxiliary excitation current generation device 6 and a pulse transmission auxiliary cable 7.
