Upon the linkage of an environment information aggregation analysis system and a client computer, an access right and a security requirement of a user must be satisfied, and thus, unrestricted customization is not allowed on a screen at a client computer side. Therefore, meta data such as rights at a server computer, and hierarchized environment information and organization information, is clipped in accordance with the right of each user, and is transferred to a user personal computer, and a parameter for linking to the database information of the server computer is set at each data address of the screen that the user creates.
