PRELIMINARY CONTROLLER, PRELIMINARY CONTROL METHOD, AND POWER CONTROL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preliminary controller which can control the charging power continuously even if a power controller controlling the charging power of each power supply device fails, and to provide a preliminary control method and a power control system.SOLUTION: The power control system includes a power controller 101 performing power control, and a preliminary controller 104 performing power control when the power controller 101 fails. The power controller 101 transmits changed power control data to the preliminary controller 104, every time when the power control data stored in a power control table 102 is changed. Upon receiving the power control data, the preliminary controller 104 stores the power control data thus received in a preliminary control table 105. The preliminary controller 104 inquires the power controller 101 and when it is determined that the power controller 101 has failed, performs power control by using the power control data stored in the preliminary control table 105.
