PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground driving member with drainage function and construction method thereof, a underground wall and plug protection components.;SOLUTION: A ground driving member's main body 6 with drainage function has a drainage member 5 forming a drainage path along the longitudinal direction of the ground driving member's main body 6. The drainage member 5 has a multitude of openings, and has a through-hole in the axial direction. A plug 12 with a filter within the through-hole is fitted into each of the openings. A plug protection component 3 for ensuring the filtering function is placed so as to cover the front side of the multitude of the plug 12 having the filter in the drainage member 5, and the plug protection component 3 is engaged onto the ground driving member's main body 6. After the plug protection component 3 is penetrated into the ground together with the ground driving member's main body 6, the plug protection component 3 is pulled out and removed or is slightly elevated and retained at the position.
