PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a required amount of nerve stimulation without having an adverse effect on detection the heart or cardiac phenomena.;SOLUTION: The nerve stimulation parameter detection device 1 includes: an electrocardiogram signal change detection unit 4 that detects changes of an electrocardiogram signal; and a determination unit 5 connected to a stimulation instruction unit 3 that makes a nerve stimulation device 2 stimulate nerve by switching parameters P and determines whether the changes of the electrocardiogram signal detected by the electrocardiogram signal change detecting unit 4 are spontaneous depolarization or not. When the determination unit 5 determines that the changes are ones other than the spontaneous depolarization, the nerve stimulation parameter detection device 1 outputs the parameters P applying the intensified nerve stimulation lower than one by the parameter P instructed by the stimulation instruction unit 3 most immediately.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
