PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building unit having columns optimally designed in comparison with the prior art.;SOLUTION: The building unit 12 is adapted to set the plate thickness of columns 14A on the girder side provided with an external facing material 32, thicker than that of other columns 14B. Two kinds of plate thickness of the columns are thus provided to attain an optimal design of the columns, and the deformation and stress of the columns are balanced while suppressing the amount of material used.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
