The disclosed cluster reconfiguration device selects an optimal group for construction as a cluster on the basis of content being processed of a group if a network split has occurred. Any predetermined node among a plurality of nodes holds predetermined conditions, generates information of the node itself corresponding to the predetermined conditions, and collects information of other nodes corresponding to the predetermined conditions from other nodes capable of communication upon a monitoring path. In addition, the predetermined node generates a priority of the group to which the node belongs which is constituted by nodes capable of communication upon the monitoring path, including at least the node itself, on the basis of the information of the other nodes and the information of the node itself if the information of the node itself or the information of the other nodes is present. On the basis of the priority of the group and the priority of the other groups configured from nodes with which the node itself is incapable of communication upon the monitoring path, a group to be reconfigured as a cluster is determined.
