The market simulation device 20 writes market information of some days ago including the same time as the simulation time to a second memory 23. The market simulation device 20 distributes the market information of some days ago to an algorithm processing device 30. The algorithm processing device 30 determines ordering of the distributed market information of some days ago, and writes ordering information generated by adding time in the market information of some other days to obtained ordering details to a first memory 32. The algorithm processing device 30 transmits the ordering information to a market simulation device 40. The market simulation device 40 generates market board information 42a from the market information of some days ago including the same time as the simulation time and write the market board information 42a to a third memory 42.
