PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake vibration measuring instrument for appropriately measuring earthquake vibrations even when abnormality has occurred to some of earthquake vibration measuring parts installed, and an earthquake vibration measuring system and the earthquake vibration measuring method using the same.;SOLUTION: The earthquake vibration measuring instrument includes: n earthquake vibration measuring parts 11a, 12a, 13a, 14a, 15a which are arranged orthogonally or diagonally to one another so that three or more measuring axes do not exist in the same plane and acquire earthquake vibration data; and an error correction part 7 for synthesizing normal earthquake vibration data to output earthquake vibration data which have abnormal earthquake vibration data corrected when there are abnormal earthquake vibration data in the earthquake vibration data measured by any n-4 or less earthquake vibration measuring parts 11a, 12a, 13a, 14a, 15a among the earthquake vibration data measured by the n earthquake vibration measuring parts 11a, 12a, 13a, 14a, 15a.
