The invention provides a simply structured dewatering device and a simply structured dewatering element used by the simply structured dewatering device. Through the device and element, the construction corresponding to the road width becomes easier. The device is not required to be bias arranged in the mounting process. The construction is easy. The flowing water is impossible to splash in strong wind. If the dewatering device is locally damaged, the damaged part can be easily repaired. The simply structured dewatering element is provided with side wall components of two opposite walls and a bottom surface component, wherein the side wall components and the bottom surface component form a groove; the bottom surface component inclines from one end of the side wall components to the other end; and a wide cut part and a narrow cut part are formed on the side wall components by utilizing stairs, in order to ensure that the gap on the narrow bottom side is wider than the gap on the deep bottom side. Preferably, the simply structured dewatering element is provided with a deep bottom wall component and a water outlet formed on the end part of the deep bottom side. The simply structured dewatering device is formed by connecting the narrow cut part with the wide cut part of the simply structured dewatering element after inserting the narrow cut part into the wide cut part.
