PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cleansing property and cleanliness of a culturing bed in a rotary disk device for producing Koji.;SOLUTION: This rotary disk device 1 for producing the Koji, including a central supporting pole 114 installed as standing from a bottom surface 111 to a ceiling surface 112 by penetrating the center of the culturing bed 2 of the culturing chamber 11, hanging down screw rods 121, 131 and guide bars 122, 132 along the central supporting pole 114, and ascending and descending a caring machine 12 or a discharging screw 13 supported by the screw rods 121, 131 along the guide bars 122, 132 by the rotation of the screw rods 121, 131 is provided by dividing a central cylinder 3 to an upper part cylinder 31 position-fixed at the ceiling surface 112 and hanging down, and a lower part cylinder 32 installed as standing as fully welded with the culturing bed 2 at an upper direction than the piling surface of a raw material 4, surrounding the central supporting pole 114, screwing rods 121, 131 and guide bars 122, 132 with the upper part cylinder 31 and lower part cylinder 32, and making the culturing bed 2 as a tub type structure by fully welding its side plate 21 with an outer circumference.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
