PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide device for a parison having excellent smoothing performance when the parison having a semicircular plane cross section is smoothed into a flat plate shape and reducing adhesion of the parison.SOLUTION: The guide device 3 for smoothing the parison P with the semicircular plane cross section which is extruded from an extrusion device 1 and divided into two pieces by a cutter 2 into the shape of a flat plate comprises a spiral guide element 4 coming into contact with the parison P while rotating about an axis and formed to turn in opposite directions on the right and left of a middle part 4C so as to expand the parison P to the right and left. The spiral guide element 4 is formed to protrude on the outer periphery of a shaft 5 rotated by the driving of a drive motor M.
