PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a clearance between a stopper pin and a pin hole constituting a damper for small amplitude after constructing a vibration control frame by a composite damper.;SOLUTION: This composite damper includes the damper 7 for small amplitude connected with a damper for large amplitude made of steel in series through an extension part 6. The damper 7 for small amplitude includes a pair of external plates 71, a plurality of internal plates 72, a viscous elastic body 73 mounted and nipped between the internal plates 72, and the stopper pin 75 mounted in the pin hole 76 passing through them in the direction for stacking them to be freely inserted and pulled in/out of the pin hole 76. The extension part 6 includes a pair of extension external plates 61 arranged at positions corresponding to the pair of external plates 71, a plurality of extension internal plates 62, a plurality of spacers 63 mounted and nipped between the extension internal plates 62 detachably, a lock mechanism R for regulating amplitude between the damper 7 for small amplitude and the extension part 6, and a lock release mechanism RK allowing amplitude between the damper 7 for small amplitude and the extension part 6.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
