PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable suppression of increase in peak power consumption and suppression of increase in peak of a regenerative operation.;SOLUTION: A mechanical parking apparatus 10 includes a plurality of lift devices 62 for lifting vehicles between a ride-in floor and storage floors by performing a power operation and a regenerative operation.
