PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam turbine power generation plant having superior performance of high temperature and long time side strength in a specified 600°C or more temperature and 50,000 hours or longer side.;SOLUTION: The rotor shaft is used for a high pressure turbine 110, a middle pressure turbine 120, and the steam turbine power generation plant 100. The rotor shaft is constituted of a martensite steel including in mass C:0.06-0.13%, Si: 0.15% or less, Mn:0.1-1.0%, Ni:0.005-0.1%, Cr:8.5-10.0%, Mo:0.05-0.50%, W:1.0-3.0%, V:0.05-0.30%, Nb:0.02-0.10%, Co:0.5-2.5%, N:0.005-0.035%, B:0.001-0.030%, and Al:0.0005-0.006%, and consisting of 0.3-0.9% (5×Ni+Mo), 5-20.5% (100×C+Cr), and the remnant of Fe and inevitable impurities.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
