PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and suitably observe the progress of an examined eye. PSOLUTION: This ophthalmic observation apparatus includes a storage means for storing an examined eye image at the predetermined part of the examined eye acquired by an ophthalmic imaging apparatus; a monitor for displaying the examined eye image stored by the storage means; an operation input part operated to input by an examiner. A first examined eye image and a second examined eye image acquired at different examination dates and times respectively and stored in the storage means are displayed in parallel within a predetermined display range on the monitor, and in this state, a display control means synchronizes the first examined eye image and the second examined eye image to change the display region of both examined eye images based on an operation signal from the operation input part.
