PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal expansion blockage promotion type fire resistant double-layer pipe joint easily constructed, easily manufactured, and available at low costs.;SOLUTION: The outer peripheral surface of a joint inner pipe made of a synthetic resin and including a connection opening formed into a socket shape of a fire resistant double-layer pipe connector is formed with a coating layer of fiber-contained mortar, and a thermal expansion means to be expanded inside the coating layer by the heat of flames to crush the inner pipe so as to cut a pipe line is structured by housing a powdery thermal expansion agent in a thin belt-like bag possible to be expanded inside the tube. The belt-like bag is formed of a three-folded tape or a pair of two-folded tapes, or formed into a cross sectional shape having a thermal expansion agent housing part and a bellows part continued thereto.
