PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling performance deterioration diagnosis system of a refrigerator capable of reliably diagnosing the degree of deterioration of cooling performance of a refrigerator. PSOLUTION: In the cooling performance deterioration diagnosis system including an incorporated type or an external type power consumption measuring part 17 measuring power consumption of the refrigerator, a control part 10 estimates total operation time of a compressor 16 in measuring time zones on the basis of the power consumption measured by the power consumption measuring part 17 for each predetermined measuring time in the predetermined measuring time zones in each day, calculates a ratio of the estimated total operation time of the compressor 16 in the total measuring time zones as a diagnosis ratio in each day, and diagnoses the degree of deterioration of cooling performance of the refrigerator on the basis of a result obtained by comparing the calculated diagnosis ratio with a ratio which is previously set as a reference value.
