PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To turn, when displaying a three-dimensional image, a sound effect of a depicted scene thereof to a sound to be heard naturally and similarly to an actual world.;SOLUTION: An equivalent sound effect generation circuit 30 of the present invention includes: a filter circuit 31 for performing LPF processing; reverberation circuits 35 and 36 for respectively generating reverberation signals of original signals on land and in water; sound volume adjustment circuits 32, 33 and 34 for respectively adjusting sound volumes of the original signals and the reverberation signals; and signal mixing circuits 37 and 38 for mixing the reverberation signals with the original signals. A sound producing position and a sound detecting position to be set movably in the air and in the water in a three-dimensional space are calculated in synchronism with drawing processing, and a combination of media in which the sound generating position and the sound detecting position are present is specified on the basis of a calculation result. By changing the sound volumes of the sound volume adjustment circuits 32, 33 and 34 between the case that a sound generating body is in the water and in the air, the sound volume when the sound generating body moves between the water and the air while generating sound is changed naturally.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
