PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow specification of business even in the business wherein work is performed by use of a general-purpose program to investigate business efficiency thereof.;SOLUTION: A business efficiency investigation device includes: a creation situation decision module 101 for monitoring input operation of a computer and deciding a creation situation of a product; a cost calculation module 103 for determining a creation time of the product based on a decision result of the creation situation decision module; a role decision module 104 for deciding a role of the product; a business determination module 105 for determining the business for creating the product based on a decision result of the role decision module; a product storage module 301 for storing determination results of the cost calculation module and the business determination module associatively to the product; and a business efficiency totaling module 302 for totaling the efficiency of the product based on storage information of the product storage module.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
