PSOLUTION: A test program generation device 104 designates a security attack from a threat list table 105 by a designation unit 701. For every function configuring a test pattern to execute a security attack designated by a specification unit 702, an attack object is specified. The attack object specified by a setter 705 is set to the test object of the program code of a program code model list table 107.
