PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new maintenance and management technique for a tunnel illumination lamp fitting capable of reducing facilities for communicating illumination control information and maintenance information at the minimum, having an excellent economical efficiency, and facilitating the maintenance work with efficiency.;SOLUTION: In a maintenance system for a tunnel illumination lamp fitting group 1, the tunnel illumination lamp fitting group 1 provided with a plurality of LED modules 3, a power supply input part 4, a lighting control unit 5, various sensors 6, 6, ..., and a fixed visible light communication module 7 is formed to each of a plurality of lamp fitting attachment bodies 2 along a tunnel inner wall surface. A mobile visible light communicator 9, an information processing terminal 90, and/or a recording medium 91 are mounted on a data collecting vehicle 8. The data collecting vehicle 8 can acquire various maintenance information on each of LED modules 3, 3, ... in the process of running and passing through a tunnel.
