PSOLUTION: The recessed part is formed, adjacent to a drain hole and in the groove bottom part formed by bending or joining a steel sheet by pressing and drawing. A valley-fold V-shaped bent part is formed in the recessed part. The valley-fold V-shaped bent part is preferably formed parallel to the direction from the end edge of the drain hole to the upstreams, and further and from the end edge of the drain hole to the groove bottom part around the recessed part.
