PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a xylooligosaccharide with a controllable composition from alkali-resistant Bacillus halodurans.;SOLUTION: The method for producing the xylooligosaccharide with a controllable composition from alkali-resistant Bacillus halodurans is provided. In the method, the alkali-resistant Bacillus halodurans is cultured using a plant material to acquire xylanase with alkali resistance and high temperature resistance, and the xylanase and a xylan raw material are made to react with each other to obtain the xylooligosaccharide. A final product of a different xylooligosaccharide composition is obtained utilizing the difference of the plant material. The plant material is a birch material, a cob of corn, wheat bran, sugarcane bagasse, straw, alkali-treated wheat bran, or an optional combination of them.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
